Debathem - thats because you're doing something wrong. Make sure your diablo 3 is patched and runs fine without the bot before trying to load the bot.

This isn't the first time people have had hits on the bot - I wouldn't put too much stock in it. The heuristic component of the anti virus sees that this is a program that injects itself into memory and controls things on your pc without your involvement/knowledge
