There are game bans, account bans and account locks.

Game Bans only affect one game reasons vary from being a toxic(doesn't affect games that silence you after 20-25 reports and double the each silence), caught cheating, caught exploiting, creating too many games in within 24 hours, PKing streamers(yes really) and to some degree doing a chargeback*.

Locks only happen on failed purchases, suspicious login activity or first time chargebacks*

*Chargeback bans/locks depend on your region they might also ban your entire account for a chargeback.

Account bans happen if you create too many accounts with the same IP or IP range(50+), e-mail provider(they use their own lists, having your own sercive limits you to low hundred accouts after that they will blacklist your provider), too many games purchased something with the same credit card, stolen CC purchases, using your accounts on a purchased game in an IP range too quickly without veryfing your e-mail, getting HWID banned, doing too many chargebacks and other money related things.

    In short:

    - Failing some suspected bot detection checks

    - Monetary things

    - HWID bans(hard to pull off because only competitive games ban HWID unless you are some kind of cheating/douchebag streamer they don't want to be associated with)
