call it as it is, tech support needs a bit of help but otherwise tools solid. Combine their tool with any python bot ...lifes good.
packet injection was and is part of d2bs which is what made it what it is today. Pixel Reading is too slow and is never as accurate. This is why packet bots exceed and will continue to do so. Like any other bot, run it 24/7 and consider yourself a moron.

Keep Teleport on right skill, else game crashes if you try to teleport with another skill.
Tech Support and their payment system needs to be updated, rolling around getting emails takes more than 24 hrs if any go around
however with their private discord groups and element chat the support is spot on when you need technical assistance.
as for payment, account downgrades, upgrades seems like higher level point of contact is needed and thus one cannot get things done as smooth as one would like
