Paypal money transfer or crypto from Darknet

i have a question

i found on the darknet wiki sites that sell you bank balance and transfer it to your paypal or give you new accounts event crypto possible

the thing is im wondering if this is real because they often sell you one thousand usd dollar worth of money for 100 - 200 usd this makes NO sence at all. why would somebody do this?

i was laughin with my friend about these scamers but on the other hand can someone tell me a reasonable arguement why this is not a scam?

has anybody tried this? im pretty curious it makes no sence at all

ok well i read the rules i think this can get deleted i asume all this shady stuff is from normal people stolen / scamed accounts. how do i delete this post?
