Spell/skill names, in which DBC to be found?

I was wondering if it was possible to change names of spells and skills via DBC editing, but I haven't been able to find the DBC file that contains the names of all skills/spells.

If somebody could please tell me where I could find these I'd be so grateful!

My friends done it, from Frostbolt to Fireball.
He just looked at the .m2 files and figured they would be the spells, so he switched them successfully. This was when we COULD look at the files.

Spell/skill/ability names are stored in Spell.dbc.

Good luck getting it to load though.
