changing mount models (3 textures vs 1)

hey guys, I have a question.

When changing mount models, example: Frostsaber to Onyxia, Onyxia has 3 different texture files, where as the Frostsaber only has one. How would I put all 3 ony texture's into the frostsabers one? Im guessing if I only use one of onys textures, the model will have a lot of white spots...
