Need help with my model edit

so before this patch my gnome > ud and my human pvp mount to > ud red epic mount worked but now when i get into shatt it just crashes wow could anyone help me? i heard you need to do all the model edits again if so can anyone do it for me?

Upload the patch-#.mpq of the modeledits you've used before the patch. (The one with the gnome > ud and pvp mount > epic mount) I'll try to remake them!

I know but when i teleport to outlands or bgs/arenas i get a wow.exe error and i readed in the model edit fix thread that i need to remake all my model edits so am asking for somoene to remake em.
