Is it possible to change a skin to show a permanent spell effect on the character? I'm not really sure exactly how to describe it, but as an example those lightning bug type mobs in Zangarmarsh debuffs, how they make you glow and such. Is it possible to make a skin to show the color change that you get from that permanently? If its possible, can anyone do this using the debuff from the mob Blacksting called Black Blood? It is possible on a private server, on titaniumo (awesome private server but its dead now ;_; ) they made a buff that constantly kept some spell effects on you. the only other way I can think of is maybe finding your helm's m2 model and maybe replace that with the spell m2 Im not sure if that would work or not though
