noggIT & Yiasedit problems

I've attempted to use both programs with wow 3.3.2 and neither program is working, noggIT closes when i open it saying Noggit is not responding, and yiasedit says error while validating copy so what other program can i use? or how can i fix one of these two? I really want to create a custom island with hills and dips but these won't work

That's all it says? I don't see anything that says failed to open or anything? I'm running it as an administrator and everything so what's the problem?
