Noggit ingame problem (objects)

Hello guys i have follow problem when i editing a map and change it into a MPQ and log me into the game and i go to the place where i chance the texture,isn't there no game object i chance the texture on GM Island but there was only the building no trees and much more i have only duplicate the objects but now there is nothing please help me =(
