Val'anyr mace :[?

I've been trying for about an hour now with glitchys model swapper, to swap my Wrathful Gladiator's Blade of Celerity - Item - World of Warcraft to Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings - Item - World of Warcraft

but everytime i try i keep getting an "error swile swapping check fields" on the program.
I don't think the item is being read from my cache correctly or something.

Could someone swap these models for me please?
