I need some help from anybody

ok firstly ive never model edited in my life so i have no clue what to do, secondly the only reason im here is because i want to change the iceblock animation for the vanila wow one. So im guessing this is spell swapping? I know you can change spell animations for the old ones so :/ PLZ can someone help me? I tryed following spell swap guide but i have no clue what the glitchy mes thing is being its asking me to load a mpq. data path or something.
