[Question] How to edit your title on live servers?

I remember a while back some guy ran a thread where he would swap your title to one of your choice even make one for your self i can find that thread and guess its long gone but i cant find any guide on how to do this for the retail game only private severs and wonder if any one can point me in the right direction for help in this matter any help would be great be rewards with 2 rep.
