Mount does not scale

I'm currently playing on a 2.4.3 private server, so I'm using the old Glitchy's Model Editing Suite to do some Mount swaps.

I Mount Swapped the 60% Kodos for a Tiger with Swift Zulian skin. This worked (though there's a white bar where the eyes are because of missing particle effects info I think).

However, the mount is small, and didn't scale with my Tauren female toon. I ran this with the MEF for 2.4.3, but it made no difference.

I'm pretty sure there was an easy solution to this, but I'm not sure

Also, I'm actually aiming for the Spectral Tiger skins, but it appears they're not in the old editon of Glitchy's MES. So to get them instead, would I have to use another program, like, MyWarcraft Studio or something?
