The Crew of Chuck Sorrow!!

Hello Everybody!
Todey I present you my Plan about the Game Feature "The Crew of Chuck Sorrow!" Its about a Pirate Crew, The Captain is a bloodelf, named "Chuck Sorrow" (Yes! This feature is based on "curse of the Caribbean"!)
In the east of Hinterlands, is a little Isle... The Isle is called "Isle of Sorrow".
They have a ship, and this ship drives from the isle to "Kul Tiras" and around the Mahlstrom. At arounding the Mahlstrom, Nagas attacks the ship, and you must defeat them! Then we go to the Isle of the fright. Then to a troll island in the south west of Stranglethorn Vale. And at last back to the Isle of Sorrow

Now my Questions:

1. How to make custom NPCs with Armor/Weapon.
2. How to create a ship and the way for it.
3. How can I add the Ozean between Kalimdor and the eastern Kingdoms with Noggit.
4. How to make a Vortex in the Mahlstrom?? I thought in the Vortex can be a Monster like the see Monster in Dragonblight
5. At 20:00 the NPCs of the ship transform to undeads, how can I make this?
6. The Crew of Sorrow will fight with the Pirates of Kul Tiras, they run into the Island and make some annoyance

1. CreatureDisplayInfoExtra.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki, weapons are serverside.
2. TaxiNodes.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki, TaxiPath.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki, TaxiPathNode.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki. But its serverside again. At least checks for the routes are.
3. You'd have to copy the whole continent to the other one but since they'd be too big (I guess) and you'd have to move each ADT (to let them fit on the map), you'd have to redo the Worldmap. (CategoryBC - WoW.Dev Wiki : WorldMapArea.dbc etc.).
4. Then spawn that monster.
5. Serverside script.
6. Serverside again. Actually, you should move this thread to emulation relating forums. Except for the moving of a few hundreds of ADTs, this is pure serverside editing.
