How Could I Resize A Npc For A Skin/Model Over Nightelf

ok, specificly i want to use the crystalline protector, you know, the cool lookin tree from nexus, in place of night elf models, but it's size is much to big, and i can only come up with the assumtion that you have to change it's size in 3ds max, but the textures do not come of blank where the leaves should be, and i'm not the best with textures X D

since it's a clientside thing, it shouldn't really matter wether the file was tampered with or is different now anyway

make your text smaller and a different colour, blue is too hard to read.

you can do it in glitchy's MES once its updated or manually if you can hex

don't suppose you know how to do it wit hex? = P

pss, intention is to make another crysalline protector, and resize that cause i don't want to look same as real ones
