[REQUEST] Polarbear/UD horse/ Frostwolf -> Spectral tiger

Hello everyone,
I've been tryin to modelchange the old way with folders converting into MPQ's but the model itself nor the skin is loading ingame :/

So I tried this DBC method but I don't get anything of it and I can't find any Guides for creature -> creature.

So my question was: Can someone please convert one of the mounts mentioned in topic title to the epic spectral tiger?
