Try downloading the modelswapper, it works excellent

Yeah thats what i did. they all say successful but when i load up wow everything is the same. feel like im missing something. but according to his post thats all you need to do

Have you tried Glitchy's Model Swapper?

Remember in glitchy's to change the sheath ID to 1 to put the wep on your back (3 is hips, 7 is hidden)

"sigh" my glitchys ain't working either, when i'm trying to load all the files i just get a error, even be4 i've began to swap :0

Delete your itemcache, login to WoW, logout, try again. Also make sure Glitchy's is upto date, since he released a new one not too long ago.
