Is it possible to make a model edit (race swap) only for you ?

Hi, I always wondered if it was possible via a program or anything to make a model edit like let's say tauren female > gnome female only show for your character ?

I don't think so because there is no character-name verification when the model is displayed.
The only elements that "describe" a character displayed model is some numbers stored in the server, sent to your computer, that your client displays as "Brown skin" for exemple.
