Mac Model Editing

Hello all,
I was just wondering if it was at all possible to do race changes on a mac. I've checked out some threads and haven't really seen a solution, but I would be willing to go to great lengths to change from a human to something else (lol).

I believe I saw there also explained what to do if you had a MAC,, it's a really great programm, I use it myself aswell.
