What do you guys use for making custom models?

Hello guys as the title says: what do you guys use for making models?
and i got a really cool idea :P can any one make a mudkip model and then make a catform to mudkip model :P

Maya, Cinema 4D, Autodesk 3dMax, ...

Have fun with mudkip. Escpecially the animations if you want some.
