Hey, Jiwwa. To model edit on a mac, you will firstly need to download an MPQ extractor: /dev/klog · MPQ Extractor 1.0!

Once you have downloaded that, drag the file into your data folder.

Now you will need to download a model editing MPQ file. Try something simple like Jenack's WOTLK pack: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/simple...on-gideon.html

Now drag the MPQ file to your data folder as well, double click it, making sure that the MPQ extractor is in your data folder.

A very imperative part of this is the naming of your files. You need to name your MPQ file (dragon-orb icon) something on the lines of patch-x.MPQ (case sensitive). You MUST capitalize MPQ, and you MUST have "patch" all in lower case. x, in this case can be replaced by anything a-z or 1-9 (afaik).

Once you've double clicked on your MPQ file, a folder should pop up with the same name of the MPQ minus the ".MPQ" at the end.

Start up your WoW and the model edit should be working

As far as character to character model edits go, like the NE to UD as you requested, you will need some sort of a model edit fix. I personally have experimented with character to character edits and have only experienced crashes in my game. So far, I haven't found any MEfix for the mac, however I have had success with some other edits such as weapon enchants. Good luck!

Jenack's WOTLK pack edits your opening screen where you put in your account info, turns most interface options in-game blue instead of brown, as well as adds many new loading screens.
Still no dice on that MEfix
