[Request] Model Editing Fix for Vista x64

Hey MMowned, i'm trying to model edit with Vista x64 but the only fix i could find with google gave me

This application has encountered a critical error:

    ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
    Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
    Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:00404E33

The instruction at "0x00404E33" referenced memory at "0x26C40CD0".
The memory could not be "written".

does anyone know where I can get a working fix or if there even is one? thanks!
