    WoW Data folder error??

    When i did put in a .MPQ file (descolace dream edit By: The Lex) in the wow data folder and started up wow it say "Fail to open archive ****\locale-****.MPQ: cant find the file" and when i delete the .MPQ file it's the same.... "Fail to open archive ****\locale-****.MPQ: cant find the file" what shoud i do?
