[Reskin] Wyrmrest Accord Red Riding Drake Retexture

Greetings all! I haven't posted anything for a while, but a private message from a fan of my Albino Drake edit, asked me if I could do anything cool with the boring old red drake, and I said 'Well! Why not?'

I had been using a version of this edit in game for a while, but bumped it up a notch by adding feather type wings from the Hakkar model to this dragon. Also, I added the armor from the Blue Drake off of Malygos, just like the Albino Drake. (If it's something that is a reward or purchased, it should be a little special!)

So, for you enjoyment, here it is! My beautiful Red Life Dragon.

This is simply a texture edit, so the MPQ file can just be dropped into your WoW Data folder. No need for WoWME Fix of any sort, and unless they change the model location for riding drakes, this should continue to work through future patches. Remember to remove them when you actually update the game however!! Major problems such as MPQ merging can and will occur causing problems down the line.

Looks great, but IMO. the wings look like some kind of gryphon or bird with those feathers :-)

Yea, I know. I just thought I would do something different then the normal dragons. There was another edit that used them a while back, and it turned out wonderful.

sounds like a copy-past job to me, although it turned out pretty well. But, yeah, the feathers are abit out of place, well, thats my opinion atleast. Gj anyhow, its nice too see some decent reskins instead of just random model swaps

Well, most reskins are of some type? I see nothing wrong with it, I thought it was quite pretty so I would share : /

Eh, maybe it wasn't worth posting. My apologies.

No no, it is worth posting. It's a great edit, and as draggan stated, it's not like all those "Nelf mount -> Spectral Tiger", this is an actual reskin, which is great. And as you see, I + Rep'ed you for the great edit :-)

Very cool! +rep. I love how the wings are! When i first saw the hakkar re-skin for drakes, the original and the two blue ones, i had always wondered how it would look if the other drakes were done that way. This is great!
