Well, as I was browsing around on the forums, I saw that there were alot of Tauren Cat forms into The Black Gem Tiger.

But I couldn't find a single NE one.

So I threw this together. Tell me if you like.

What does it really matter?

Don't worry about what others are doing. Not everyone will rep immediatly, or something may happen IRL distracting them. Or yeah, some lag.
