Well, the point is, if you are an orc, you can disguise yourself in a Orgrimmar Grunt You'll have a lot of success in orgri and inthe durotar duel place

Cabalist Spaulders
Warden's Wraps
Sentinel Boots
Sentinel Trousers
Dokebi Cord
Sentinel Gloves
Monstrous War Axe

EDIT; the right belt is = Sentinel Girdle
