How to keep track of your Character if Powerleveled

Hey! I've posted this earlier in the Exploration Section, but it got deleted, so I'm trying to repost it here =)

A few days back I got a friend of mine to level some characters for me (he loves to level lowbies). When he does this, of course I am curious to know what level the character he is leveling at the moment is, so I started to ask him on MSN "hey! how's the leveling going?", and of course he got tired after a while to see me ask the same question over and over again. So instead of logging on to my WoW user and check what level it was (And also disconnect my friend) or ask him on MSN, I figured that you could check the current level on the PTR Character copy page. The page is instantly updated, and It's also easy and goes fast to check without interrupting the power leveler at any way.
The armory don't work so good to check the level with because the armory only updates a few times a day.

This can be very useful if you are curious about the current leveling process, and it don't interrupt any one at any way. So, if your just as curious as me, enjoy it!

Of course, in order for this to work, the PTR character copy page needs to be online.

or.. make a trial account, log on it and put your char on friendlist

but it work even when there isnt a test server

Or, just look your character up on the armory. You can see if he got you any good loots that way too.

*Disregard, I missed the part where you said armory updates infrequently.*
