    A Warlock's Guide to Curses

A simple guide of when/where to use curses.
    • Curse of Weakness-
      • PvP- Use when fighting rogues and warriors that you can't get off of you.
      • PvE- some guilds will ask you to put this on bosses to reduce damage.
    • Curse of Tongues-
      • PvP- Use on casters. Very useful in arenas on healers with no decurser.
      • PvE-This can occasionally be used to slow down caster damage in instances.
    • Curse of the Elements-
      • PvP- This isn't really useful in PvP unless it's on drek/van
      • PvE- This is to be used on boss fights when you have plenty of fire/frost mages (90% of mages). In raids, usually there will be a warlock using elements, a warlock using shadow, and maybe a warlock using weakness
    • Curse of Shadow-
      • PvP- Not really useful
      • PvE- This is to be used on boss fights for shadow priests, arcane mages, and other warlocks.
    • Curse of Recklessness-
      • PvP- Helps the other faction, giving them fear immunity and more AP, not something to be used
      • PvE- Rank 1 can be used to stop runners, and break fear to prevent extra pulls
      • Only rank 1 should be used
    • Curse of Exhaustion-
      • PvP- Extremely useful again melee classes and for running away from others
      • PvE- useful when kiting mobs
    • Curse of Doom-
      • PvP- Cannot be used on enemy players /cry
      • PvE- Increases overall DPS on long boss fights
    • Curse of Agony
      • PvP- High damage dot, useful
      • PvE- High damage dot, useful

    Easier guide to warlocks -
Bind all your keys to random letters on your keyboard and roll your face across them.

    Curse of Shadow:
PvP: Useful against other warlocks. Put it on the fel hunter, and get it wont resist your banish.

      - and help meleé/mage/spriest/shaman lock a casting school with better ease
    • Curse of the Elements-

-aslong as it's two decentgeared mages it's enough to cover the dps gap that coa would otherwise provide - or cos if you're a single lock, ofcourse you always cos if you have a spriest grouped, even if 3! firefrostmages
    • Curse of Shadow-
      • PvP- Not really useful
        -Forgot drek or van?
      • PvE- This is to be used on boss fights for shadow priests, arcane mages, and other warlocks.

      • PvP- Helps the other faction, giving them fear immunity and more AP, not something to be used

-CoR highest rank gives a nice armor debuff that my guild so 1337 used pretbc, however the ap buff can get tremendously overbuffed on certain bosses, and then it should be avoided to be used
      • Only rank 1 should be used
    • Curse of Exhaustion-
      • PvP- Extremely useful again melee classes and for running away from others
      • PvE- useful when kiting mobs
    • Curse of Doom-
      • PvP- Cannot be used on enemy players /cry
      • PvE- Increases overall DPS on long boss fights

-overall dps? Well no, just an supplement to CoA on bosses I'd like to say, aswell as some nice dps-like utility with the 1min blow effect, think Curator in Karazhan
Does not increase overall dps in some way.
    • Curse of Agony
      • PvP- High damage dot, useful
      • PvE- High damage dot, useful
-CoA/CoS for trash CoD/CoS for bosses in a standard affliction lock build
Imp CoA actually exceeds CoD's dps on bosses if everything is like it should be.
    /70 raiding lock, Ravencrest
