The vendor is in the basement.......in a castle........hidden in the mountains! If you find it you can likely sell this on AH for a decent bit depending on server, respawn rate is 1 day i believe.


From there go to Hinterlands and purchase

That vendor isnt to tricky to find, also across from the vendor is another vendor that sells a decent pattern for leatherworking i believe.

Than go to WPL and go to Chillwind camp and purchase another pattern from the tailoring vendor there. Again the name eludes me, ill update if i remember!

The patterns are all BoE and can sell for decent money
