Did a little search and did not really find this one at all

in desolace there is the magram centaur clan who you are looking for is warug specifically, he is at http://thottbot.com/c6068/z405/b

what you want to be killing are his body guards, they range from 34-36 when they spawn, and their spawn rate is almost instant, most likely while wou are killing the second one the "first" one will spawn again.

This seems like a place where you can drastically save on grinding time seeing as how you do not have to move one inch

Also your rep with them must allow you to attack them
