skystep potion, 150% speed when carrying bg flags

Considered wether to post it here or in exploits, but it landed here.

Basically Skystep potion + WSG/TP flag = hella run speed. Does ONLY work if the flag has recently been picked up, if you have any stacks of the debuff you wont recieve the run sprint buff.

Useful when speed farming WSG for rep or just to mess around hoovering across the map.

About it being useable in bgs doesnt seem wrong, as it works just as swiftness(50%) etc.

thats wrong, swiftness work with everything, even carts.. this works only with fresh picket flags and you said

No speed inscrease will work with the carts, no matter what you use, hence it only works for flags
