Kirin tor quest bug fix

So you all know about that Kirin tor quest bug where it says you need to complete 1 quest, but there is no quests up?

Actually there is a quest up, but it wont show as a Kirin tor quest.
You need to complete the world quest @Darkheart Thicket dungeon, to complete the Kirin tor quest!

I hadn't done a single WQ and was still able to turn in the Kirin Tor Quest. I've no idea how this happened :P
