A 10% Experience and Reputation buff during Hallow's End!

There is a 10% Experience and Reputation buff that's active during the Hallow's End event!



The one thing you need to do is to head either outside a Capital city OR outside your garrison and throw the torch at the haystack man, by clicking on the fire beside him!
