Havoc Demon Hunter - Downfall, how to get the appearance

1) Get Artifact Knowledge Level 5
2) The Pendant now has a chance to drop from any mob in Surumar, which allows an npc to shoot you towards Downfall.
30 Alternatively, you can skip the item farming, and just Glide from Dalaran right onto Downfall. As long as your Artifact Knowledge Level is 5, it will drop it. No loot if your level is lower.

The list bit might be an exploit that may be fixed, which forces you to grind the 1% drop in Surumar, but yeah here's how to get it.

Sorry if it's a re-post, I did a search but couldn't find it. I knew about this for days, but wanted to have it confirmed on my own Demon Hunter before posting.

PS: The Vengeance Bulwark drops from the daily summoned boss, it's a researched trait in your class order hall. You've got on shot a day to let RNG love or hate you.

To confirm you do need AK level 5 to get anything drop from this guy, however you do NOT need the charm.

I've got my appearance without the charm. People have been making the most crazy conspiracy theories on how to get it, while it's as easy as "Get Artifact Knowledge Level Five", kill Downfall in your Havoc Spec, loot it. That's really it.

The item that drops shoots you into downfall and engages combat, unlimited times and is easy to get to, without item you have to glide yourself into him, but as long as your APK level is at least 5 (200% increase) it will drop.

The first time I tried this, I was accidentally in Vengeance spec. I should warn people, when you're being thrown away by Downfall, you have to FEL RUSH back in, no other spell will work. It was impossible as Vengeance to end the fight. I ended up killing myself, changing to Havoc, and it was done in less than 1 minute.

Don't be frightened by his massive HP pool, it drops in percentages, he does not really have half a billion HP, I guess that's just to prevent other classes to somehow interact with the mob and exploit things. The fight takes less than 1 minute, and it's not really possible to fail. He does no damage, or at least I didn't notice my HP bar going down.

Good luck with your new skin, now stop making up the most stupid theories on how to get it. =)

Everybody who got it before APK5 was just an exploit where it would drop even without APK5 + gliding into his aggro range. That exploit got fixed, which is why people kept their lips sealed on how to get it, they would have to admit they exploited it.

Is your Artifact Knowledge Level 5 or higher? It's one of the requirements for it to drop.

Mine is lvl 8 so i dont know what is wrong
