Havoc Demon Hunter - Downfall, how to get the appearance

Mine is lvl 8 so i dont know what is wrong

Are you using the item or not? Blizzard may have stealth-hotfixed getting it without grinding the item. I personally got it without, right after I hit Artifact Knowledge Power 5 (NOT the Artifact Trait rank, the KNOWLEDGE rank). Is there any Demon Hunter here with Artifact Knowledge Power 5 (or higher) and can try out getting Downfall killed without the item and report back? I'll +Rep the max I can for it. Just so I can keep things accurately updated.

If you feel confident enough with handing out your account information to me, then I'll gladly try it myself on your character. If it fails, then I'll grind you the Pendant and get you the skin, if it works, then we know the Pendant is still optional (even though intended to be used).

He was confident enough to give me his account credentials, after trying for a bit, it turned out the charm he needed to do it the legit way was sitting in his bank. So yeah, if you do have the charm, you do need to do it the legit way, then Downfall does not seem to actually drop it (removing the charm could work, but now I had it, I just went ahead and used to to get him the skin).

Congratulations on the hidden Havoc Artifact skin you. Usually I charge people for getting it! :P

Confirmed it myself on a guy who had issues just two days ago, but it's good more people are trying it out. Congratulations on your new Downfall skin!

Okay, I jumped off the highest point I could get in dalaran, used every dash immediately on cooldown, and when I got to him, I was slightly under him, was out of range of attacking him.. but he aggroed onto me and as I slowly fell down he lost aggro and flew back

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say? If you're having issues reaching him from Dalaran, use the toy Emerald Winds to push yourself higher up into the air. Emerald Winds - Item - World of Warcraft. Please know that this will ONLY work if your artifact Knowledge level is at least level 5
