And guess what guys, it's Christmas time! After years of nothing there's finally a tiny addon that just tracks gold across all realms - Broker Cash on curse. Cya Altoholic and Datastore.

Good list overall, glad to see Details becoming more popular like it deserves, but your recommendation of BankItems is a terrible one, not that the addon is bad in of itself, but it is by no means capable of replacing every 2% of the functionality of Altoholic, Altoholic does so very much more that I wouldn't even bother pretending BankItems is even an alternative at all.
You cap off the recommendation with the justification
The downside is that it will not track your other characters professions or achievements. But do you really need that?
Yes? What the hell other reason would you use Altoholic? I use it on a daily basis to check alts profession recipes, reputations, last log in times (good to find if you've missed logging in the past 4 days for artifact research), mail status, currencies, holiday event quests, etc.
It's completely irreplaceable mod if you're an actual altoholic, and not just someone with a bank alt.

99% only use 2% of what altoholic does. its a bloated addon with terrible CPU usage that needs a complete overhaul, or scrapping. if you're really an "altoholic" seek help :P
And its not my recommendations. i found a thread on the US official forums, and copied it over here to help the ownedcore community. i even say that at the top of the list.

Well if you're that one guy who does, great, glad you found a resource that works for you. i'd rather have more FPS than the ability to see that i havnt logged into my alt for 4 days, or that it can smelt copper bars.

CPU Usage and RAM Usage are only for low-midd rigg no ?
Or master race have to select smooth addons too ?

sorry, been away for a bit.
low cpu/ram usage addons will have a number of beneficial effects for anyone, including increasing FPS slightly, reducing wows memory footprint (allowing for smoother PC usage overall if you are playing wow, streaming, music and voice chatting) and even reducing loadscreen times. if you have a high end rig, the guide may not do as much for you, but its good for everyone.

I have a quick question. In regards to skada/details!, which one would be better in terms of cpu/ram usage? The way I took it was that details is better on cpu but uses more ram than skada? or does skada use less cpu and ram? Trying to determine which one of these i want to use. Please help thanks!

really, the best way to find out would be to check the usage of both using addon usage and addon CPU usage and judging from there
Also keep in mind this post is three years old, and some of the addons may no longer exist.
