Pfft. No need for a vehicle, no matter the faction.
Just wait till a big boss is out and the melees of the opposing faction are on him, then spam AOE / dots over the mess. You'll eventually get some of them probably without even being noticed.

Yes I Know it is but at least it's fun the aoe stuff is pretty much a dick move as well.
