This is for the toy Pocket Fel Spreader

Need to be a Demon Hunter.

Using your spectral sight, talk to a doomsayer. Sometime instead of just a phamplet they'll have a dialog option "There's something not quite right about you".

They'll transform into a dread infiltrator, which has about 16 million health, and a chance to drop the toy.

So this is everything I've gathered so far from reading and asking other players. It seems to be a fairly low %, as we had 8 Demon Hunters running around talking to the Doomsayers. Not only can Demon Hunters do it, but players with Cursed Vision of Sargeras can also trigger the dialogue (I have no idea if you have to be tracking Demons via the CVoS on-use effect though). The mob that spawns is party-only tag, meaning that only the 5 people in your party will receive loot for the kill. Lastly, it seems to happen if you have taken a pamphlet from the doomsayer; I don't know if it works without you taking a pamphlet first, I haven't seen anyone confirm or deny that one.

- Cursed Vision of Sargeras
- Track Demons
- Elixir of Detect Demon

Nah you don't have to do it solo, but it looks like only the people in your party of 5 can loot it

Turns out other classes can do this using "Elixer of Detect Demon"

I posted 2 Options, but in the end I think THIS is the only option how it is working:

Every doomsayer is resetting himself every x-mins (maybe 15min?), regardless if you took a letter or anything else. He resets himself for every other player, which means, every x-mins(15?mins) there will be chance for him to have this 2nd talking option which you can see with the respective tracking. This means, while there are 16 doomsayers in stormwind, you have 16 chances in x-mins(15?min), that one of those doomsayers is a demon. This would also explain why people in the LFG tool are camping all spawnpoints. If this is the case, what happens if you pick a letter? Can someone confirm that you see this 2nd option, if you took a letter which also means you don't see the first option? I really doubt that. So in Order to make this Option 2 viable, you have to have your doomsayers "active", which means not picking any letters and checking for his demonform allthetime, since there is an internal CD for them to transform, which is completly independet from your actions, but also only visible if you didnt picked up any letters.

- We also know, if you see the 2nd Option, EVERYONE else see it, which means, people can "ruin" the mob

So the best thing to do is to put a mark on a few of the Doomsayers. Once that mark disappears you know they have respawned. Also the only way I've gotten the 2nd dialogue option to appear has been to have the first dialogue option up and available (I'll take a pamphlet)

When farming that item you can abuse the fact that those NPC's (both Doomsayers and Dread Infiltrators) are visible from anywhere in Stormwind no matter how far you are from them. Ofc that would require some third party tool that scans objects around you and warns when specific one spawns. This way you can do some stuff in background or AFK while waiting for them to spawn.
