SPOT -- Heart of Fear 10 man normal, located in dread waste. Requirements: potion of luck, 690+ item lvl for decent clear time.
METHOD -- Pull all the of the npcs at the beginning of the raid all the way up till the first boss, clear them, and loot. Rinse and repeat 10 times within the 20 minutes of the potion and you have completed the run.
PROFIT -- The plundered treasures contain many mats that are still needed for profession leveling such as trillium ore, windwool cloth, and motes of harmony. You will also gain profit from the recipes that drop of these npcs. Generally you can get 2-3 drops of recipes ranging from 20g-500g

I wouldn't say that they're ever used for profession leveling.

Almost all of them, JC, BS, LW, Tailoring
