Farming Primal Fire, Air, Mana and Life

what's up guys,

with this guide I want to bring some sweet farming spots to your attention - with all the upcoming Illusion Enchants shenanigans it might be clever to either farm or buy the hell out of these items.

Primal Fire has always been a good seller but right around the release of the Illusions, the demand raise even more.

The first spot(and the most lucrative) will be in Nagrand, Throne of Elements. You can farm both Primal Fire and Primal Air.


The second spot will be in Netherstorm at the bottom right, for Primal Mana. You will be killing spooky ghosts and bulky Elementals. You preferably want to be a Moonkin, because these mobs are immune to arcane damage and therefor you can efficiently pull and group them up on you, then simply go into kitty/bear and AE 'em down.


The third spot will be in Terrorkar Forest, Skettis, for Primal Life. Note that you must be an Herbalist for this! You fly around the lake and find huge Elite Trees around the place, kill, loot and herb them. They yield about 3 Motes of Life(in my experience up to 5) on average.


Last but not least, Throne of Kil'Jaeden in Hellfire - if you feel like there are too many people in Nagrand, use this place to farm Primal Fire. The respawn rate of the Elementals is acceptable and you will, most likely, not feel the need to server hop.

Kara is good for Mana as well, all the mobs around The Curator. You can get 10+ Primals in just a few mins. I do this since i go there for the mount and pets to sell.

Either I am not understanding your response or you missed this?

Edit: I re-read and now understand - yes, Primal Life is not a material used for Tomes - this thread isn't specific for tome materials, just a bonus.
