Possible method of Selling Gold without getting Banned

There is a way to sell your gold without getting banned, even with a face to face trade.

Currently, ingame services for gold are not supported by Blizzard i.e 9/9 CM for 90k Gold. This is a trade and its not supported. This means, if you get scammed, you won't get any support, but you won't be banned either.

And let's say you buy a 9/9 CM and you pay them with 90k gold, where is the different in selling 90k gold? The only difference is the service. The service makes the trade and you unbannable. So all you have to do is fake a service.

If you run SoO yesterday, you can use this as fake-service and just tell the buyer "Thanks for carrying me in SoO and thanks for the items, here is the gold as discussed."

as far as I can tell you will never get banned if you give gold to "legit" players that are not involved in "other" activitys.
If you are giving gold to a hacked account or lvl 1 chinafarmer without exchanging a single word... well, that's a different story then

They are not stupid you know..... They can check what characters have been involved with yours and if they find a gold seller it is a matter of time until they find characters that bought the gold from him.

Blizz doesn't step in to these kind of trades though, so you better get the gold up front.

If they pay at the end ,,, but don't pay you, Blizz does nothing.

sold about 1mio gold on ebay, and never got banned.

It doesn't matter what you say blizzard will see you trading a large amount of gold to someone with a chinese IP address or someone who their system has flagged as a gold seller. This wouldn't really work as defense if you were banned they can tell that the characters would not have been from the same account. If you are selling gold individually to one person who won't resell it you are much safer.
