    Have NPC's follow you in Kun-Lai Summit

    While on the quest Hit Medicine, if you keep running after administering Dit Da Jow, you can have a bunch of Injured Refugees following you.



    They will chase you relentlessly until they get within like 5-10 yds of you. Then they will bow, and take off.
