So you have do to the solo scenarios before you can unlock the dailies.
Well during one of the scenarios called Tear Down This Wall (Think its the third scenario) on stage 3 you have to Detonate the Explosive.
If you don't and just kill the adds they instant respawn for you & give 30 rep a pop.

If you have access to honorbuddy just grab the Fight Here plugin & you can afk without it having to move in a 15 yard radius and it will farm for your endlessly.

Unfortunately they have no loot table. Straight rep grind in an insta spawn situation.
