Patch 5.1 ✖ New Rares ✖

Hello OC. When this new patch is realeased (today 27.11 for US - and tomorrow 28.11 for EU) you able to kill 6 new rares. 3 on the each faction (Horde - Alliance). All are located in Krasarang Wilds. So let's move on.

He is located at the gates of the Horde keep at Domination Point in Krasarang. He use 2 abilities:
Heroic Leap (Leaps to players out of range)
Cracking Blow (Inflicts 60% of the target's health as Physical damage along a line in front of the caster)
Kar can drop:

She is located inside the Domination Point camp. Also she uses 2 abilities: Holy Bolt and Wrath of the Light.
Muerta can drop:

Ubunti can be found on Domination Point Tower. He uses 3 abilities:
Mortal Throw(Inflicts 60% of the target's health as Physical damage for players at range)
Shank (Stuns players in melee for 3 seconds)
Shadowstep (Appears from up to 20 yards away)
He can drop:

He spawns near the entrance to Lion's Landing from the beach in front of some barricades.He use 2 abilities:
Heroic Leap (Leaps to players out of range)
Cracking Blow (Inflicts 60% of the target's health as Physical damage along a line in front of the caster)
Dalan can drops:

She is located inside base , close to main fortres.She uses 2 abilities: Holy Bolt and Wrath of the Light.
Disha can drop:

She spawns by the northernmost dock in the pier of Lion's Landing.uses 3 abilities:
Mortal Throw(Inflicts 60% of the target's health as Physical damage for players at range)
Shank (Stuns players in melee for 3 seconds)
Shadowstep (Appears from up to 20 yards away)
Mavis can drop:

The respawn timers are about 1 hour. They hotfixed it originally, it was 5-10 minutes from what i have heard.

Killed Muerta and Kar today, neither dropped the invitation - what's the droprate on it?

Guildie just got SI:7 Operative's Manual from Ubunti, confirmed 100% . So I guess mate, you got really bad luck ... or some bug
