On US Tichondrius the respawn timer on the cows is around 20 - 30 seconds so possibly fixed.

Seems hotfixed on my realm also, about 2 minutes ago stopped spawning.

Anybody else on EU just had the spawn rate drop? Had around 10-12k kills total and just noticed that it seems to take around 20-30 seconds to spawn after each kill as of 22:30 server time. Cant really complain though, got the mount, over 100 spirits and 4 BoE epics.

EDIT: Alot of people saying this across many servers, seems nerfed for sure

Yep the respawn rate seems to be much slower now. Thank god i finished my first crystal earlier today.
