Advertizing your kit, is best done on your realm forums, or in trade chat. I found that doing it on my realm forums producted the best results because you are able to find people on both factions allowying you to expand your business quickly
When selling a kit, place all of the materials in a guild bank tab and give access to the buyer to that one tab. Making it much easier, always make sure they pay you first
Now, lets get to it! First of, leatherworking Approximate price 25-30k
Code:
Leatherworking is by far the most expensive profession to level in the game, it takes countless hours of farming and killing to gather all of these materials and as such generally sells for around 25k - 30k. I recomend hiring a full time skinner to do the farming for you because while you may lose some proffit you are gaining the time to farm for other such kits!

Engineering - average sell price 12-15k
Code:
As you can se most of the mats required here come from mining, it takes around 10-15 hours of farming for me to gather most of the mats (botting) I found that on my realm all the required materials cost 6500g and I was able to sell the kit for 13k doubling my money, always check the AH to see if it is profitable to buy the mats and just resell them. Maby people are not looking to spend the time buying and finding good deals.

Jewelcrafting - average price 20-25k
Code:
Jewelcrafting requires a huge ammount of gems, to get these gems you need to have a jewelcrafter already to prospect the thousands of stacks of ore required to gather all of the gems.
