A little tip about legendaries

I'm sorry if I'm wrong but recently I found info about scaling old items due challenging system in MoP which is not clear too much but also I've spoke to people who seems to be on beta and they do confirm it. So only if they will scale weapons / gear like old legendary
1. Sulfuron Hammer - Item - World of Warcraft
2. The Sacred and the Corrupt - Quest - World of Warcraft
3. Enchanted Elementium Bar - Item - World of Warcraft
those are items which have BoE requirements (mats) and if they will scale those to challenge modes then due their BiS (like thundefury) "options" those mats could get through AH's price roof.
And if they won't there is still something involved with legendaries.
They (FoS achievs) are now account wide then why don't sell boosts included them like run in instances with twinks, selling hammers.

Also I think I wont discovery new America but if you have 10 x 85 you could get almost guarantee* boss drops from anywhere. Mounts/meta achievs mostly are also account wide - 10 x karazhan / lk etc with prepared offers to buy mounts (just to obtain them and forget about them).
If anyone could confirm/deny legendaries scaling I'd be grateful.

Nice find if the Legendaries do scale never mind about the amount of gold you could make from it but just using them again would be awesome!

Im playing the beta and i dont know the exact name of the buff, but this buff said something like "Your items have been set to itemlevel X for testing purpose". I got the buff in every new MoP dungeon and raid. So this buff is just active on the beta realms and wont be on live. But i have no clue how they gonna deal with the callenging system.

Uhh that'll suck for those who spent so many years farming MC and never getting it, and thinking they won't have to see it again on someone :P

Unfortunately, items will only be scaled down, not up.

The upward scaling is a convenience measure solely enabled during beta testing, so that all interested players with level 90 beta characters can participate.

In the live game, any items that are over item level 463 will be scaled down to 463. Items that are lower than item level 463 will be unchanged.

thanks for so fast replies, sadly it will scale only down but it leaves 1 more door open - wide account FoS'es which previously blocked most of the people to do xyz alt just to have legendary, now you can have for this example all achievs from legendaries on let's say a mage which is nice room to maneuver on poeple's ego
