I wasn't able to speak with you while you were online, but I wanted to follow up with you in regards to your ticket.
When you apply the promotion rewards it attempts to complete any faction changes or transfers first and then applies the boost after you login on the new server or faction.
If you applied the rewards to the incorrect character we can look at transferring them for you but it would result in the character they were previously applied to being permanently deleted.
