Easy way to get brightly colored eggs

Requires: Drake mount (mammoth mount may work)

Simple, you just fly around in razor hill or wherever you farm the eggs at, then you click x when you see an egg and when you reach the ground where the egg is the competitors will have it alot harder to get the egg

Eggs are usually hidden in alcoves, corners, in bushes or under objects, although occasionally they are "hidden in plain sight" on top of signposts or the like.
